Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal at Hats4You. With this in mind, we do not sell returned, exchanged, or "gently worn" hats – would you want to buy a used hat?
Therefore, all of our hats are sold as non-returnable (except in the case of quality – then we will replace/exchange at no charge). Hats cannot be returned because of incorrect order requests on sizing, color, or fabric. Many of our hats are custom made based on your order. By completing the check-out process, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
If you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, then please contact us via email at
info@hats4you.com and request a return authorization number. Please refer to your order number when requesting your RA # and explain the reason for your request.
