Refund policy

At PhantomCrowns, we take every order seriously and stand behind the quality of our products.  This policy exists to protect both our customers and the integrity of our brand.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, strictly for the following reasons:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received was incorrect (wrong product or design)
- There is a clear manufacturing or print quality issue

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect shipping address, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction. Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order. All products at PhantomCrowns are printed on demand and made specifically for you.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return, contact us at PhantomCrowns.helpdesk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Your email must include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos and/or a short video clearly showing the problem

Every case is reviewed personally and seriously. We will respond within 2-3 business days  with a decision and next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING
If your return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as PhantomCrowns is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no 
cost to you. No return shipping or restocking fee applies in these cases. Contact us at 
PhantomCrowns.helpdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and videos.

NO FINAL SALE ITEMS
Every product in the PhantomCrowns store is eligible for return under the conditions 
outlined above. We do not designate any items as final sale.
