All PhantomCrowns products are printed on demand. This means each item is individually produced at the time of order. As a result, production times apply before shipping begins. We do not hold pre-made inventory.
PhantomCrowns reserves the right to limit quantities of any product, refuse service to
anyone, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on PhantomCrowns.com are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
PhantomCrowns accepts payment via all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. PhantomCrowns does not store your full payment details on our servers.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, PhantomCrowns reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

5. ORDERS AND FULFILMENT

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order enters production.
All orders are fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partners. Production typically
takes 3-5 business days before shipping begins. PhantomCrowns is not responsible for
delays caused by our fulfilment partners, courier services, customs authorities, or any
circumstances beyond our direct control.
PhantomCrowns reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage prior to dispatch. In
the event of cancellation by PhantomCrowns, a full refund will be issued to the original
payment method.
Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review
your order carefully before completing checkout.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PhantomCrowns ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are
provided as guidance only. PhantomCrowns does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-16 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
PhantomCrowns is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or damaged in transit once
they have been handed to the courier. Any lost or damaged in transit claims must be raised directly with the courier using the provided tracking information.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees
imposed by their country. PhantomCrowns has no control over these charges and will not be held liable for them.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for valid reasons including damaged,
defective, or incorrect items. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No final sale items apply.
PhantomCrowns does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or
general dissatisfaction. As all products are printed on demand specifically for each
customer, we strongly encourage customers to review all product details before purchasing.

All content on PhantomCrowns.com including but not limited to designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, product images, and the PhantomCrowns brand name and identity are the exclusive intellectual property of PhantomCrowns. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or use any
PhantomCrowns content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from PhantomCrowns.
All original artwork sold through PhantomCrowns is created using AI-assisted design tools and is owned exclusively by PhantomCrowns. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. You are purchasing a physical product only.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any PhantomCrowns intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
