1. PRINT ON DEMAND FULFILMENT

All PhantomCrowns products are printed and fulfilled on demand. This means every item is individually produced at the time your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made inventory.
Production typically takes 3-5 business days before your order is handed to a courier
for shipping. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout based on your location.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your delivery
address and the fulfilment partner handling your order. All times shown are estimates
only and are not guaranteed.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been produced and dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Use this to monitor your delivery directly
with the courier.
PhantomCrowns is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

PhantomCrowns ships worldwide. International customers are solely responsible for any
customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These
charges are outside of our control and will not be covered or reimbursed by PhantomCrowns.
If an international order is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, PhantomCrowns
cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address
at checkout. PhantomCrowns is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at PhantomCrowns.helpdesk@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

6. LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If your tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, please first
check with neighbours and any safe drop locations before contacting us. If your order
is confirmed lost by the courier, contact us at PhantomCrowns.helpdesk@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue on a case by case basis.
